Science rules vs life

``There are some rules which govern our lives, which are there, behind every little or big happenings of this world. Actually we read those rules in our books since our school days but don't try to apply them on our daily lives. Right from my childhood days, many questions related to the birth, death, good or bad karma arise in my mind. Though I can never get all of them solved but by the little knowledge which I could take from the ocean of knowledge- my Guruji, I sometimes think, and try to solve them. Lets check them one by one:

1) First is: Every thing in this world is bound to decay. From a natural creation, to a man-made thing, whatsoever we can think of, is decaying right from its beginning. Be it a mountain, glacier, rock, stone, etc natural things or machinery etc man-made things. Our body also comes in the same classification. Right from our birth, some of our cells are decaying and some are dividing into new ones so as  to make our body grow, but after our youth, the process of decay seems more prominent than the formation of new cells. Actually, like all transient things in this world, our body also has a definite or limited age. So it is obvious that after a certain period, our body gets old and at last collapses.

2) But again, one more rule strikes my mind, which says, Energy can neither be created nor be destroyed but can only be changed from one form to another. i.e. E=M*C(square), Means Mass is convertible to energy. Now the question arises, if energy can never be destroyed, where does the energy of every human being goes after his/her death? Answer to this question is solved by Bhagwad-Geeta, which says that the soul can neither be created nor be destroyed- Soul is the energy inside every human being. It is only our body which collapses and not our soul. Concept of Punar-Janam can also be defined by this rule. After decay of one body, our soul/energy gets another body, which is called next birth.

3) Then another rule is there, which says: "Every action has its equal and opposite reaction". This rule can be applied to the behavior of every human being and subsequently to their fates. What we get from other is the reaction of our own karma to them. But we may think that there are many people, whom we have never even met but they behave very well to us. Why they react well when we have not acted yet? Answer to this is that there are some of our actions left from our past janmas (previous births) that are also called fate of a person. so those who have done good in their previous births are getting good now. One more thing our Bapuji says that those having good feelings for all get love from all. He says:
